Welcome to Burgess Estate Sales. The founder, Kevin, holds a BFA and previously worked as a graphic designer. He has been involved in the estate sale business for over ten years. As an estate liquidator, he combines his passion for art and design with a sharp eye for value. Kevin brings a unique perspective to the world of estate sales, and takes a hands-on approach to ensure a standard of professionalism and care that is second to none.
Negotiation, price evaluation and creative curation define his approach, ensuring that each piece he sells finds a new home that appreciates its unique story.
At the core of Kevin's mission is a genuine love for helping people. Kevin lives in Leander, TX with his wife and toddler son.

Kevin, Michelle & team were amazing. I had a very short timeline to move, get my old house on the market, and consolidate/liquidate my furniture and belongings, which other estate sale companies said would be impossible. Burgess managed to stage the house beautifully in less than a week, market the sale, and sold everything for much more than I expected over the course of 2 days. They also cleaned up and donated unsold items for a reasonable price afterwards. Now rescue kitties have warm blankets! I'm thrilled with the outcome and it removed most of the stress of having to get my old house on the market.

I can't say enough good things about Burgess Estate Sales. Michelle, Kevin and Stephanie were absolutely fabulous. They took on what would have been a horrendous undertaking for our family. They went through everything in my in-laws' house, found and saved treasures we didn't know were there, sorted everything, ran the sale and donated the leftover items. They even offered house-cleaning services. I can't imagine any other company could have done a better job.
