Welcome to Burgess Estate Sales. The founder, Kevin, holds a BFA and previously worked as a graphic designer. He has been involved in the estate sale business for over ten years. As an estate liquidator, he combines his passion for art and design with a sharp eye for value. Kevin brings a unique perspective to the world of estate sales, and takes a hands-on approach to ensure a standard of professionalism and care that is second to none.
Negotiation, price evaluation and creative curation define his approach, ensuring that each piece he sells finds a new home that appreciates its unique story.
At the core of Kevin's mission is a genuine love for helping people. Kevin lives in Leander, TX with his wife and toddler son.

Burgess Estate Sale did a great job for us! We were only a couple of weeks away from closing on the sale of our home and had some trouble finding a group who would do an estate sale for us as we had lesser contents than others typically have but Burgess met with us and said we were perfect candidates for them. We signed a contract within a few days and the very next week, they set up the home and the following weekend had the estate sale where 85% of the belongings sold! I highly recommend them for however large your sale may need to be! Very smooth process of initial meet, contract signing, set up, estate sale and then clean out process following for items that did not sell!
