Kevin and Michelle and Stephanie are AMAZING!! We were so pleased that the majority of the estate sold and we weren't left with a lot left over. They priced things WELL... did their research on going rates for items. We were living in the house when we had the estate sale and they were diligently pricing and arranging items while my husband and I were still in the house - super nice, super respectful! Highly recommend their services. They also have a clean out service offering for after the sale - so simple and convenient! We made so much more money and saved so much time using them rather than trying to do it ourselves!

Burgess Estate Sales was great! Michelle and Kevin communicated well and honestly. They were hardworking and knowledgeable. They paid attention to our special requests regarding certain off-limit items. We received a large net payout for my mom's estate. The cleanout service for remaining items was worth the cost. The process was stress-free. I'd recommend them.

We hired Kevin and Michelle Burgess of Burgess Estate Sales to run a 2 house combine sale and we’re very happy with their organization and professionalism. Burgess Estate Sale did a great job for us! We were only a couple of weeks away from closing on the sale of our home and had some trouble finding a group who would do an estate sale for us as we had lesser contents than others typically have but Burgess met with us and said we were perfect candidates for them. We signed a contract within a few days and the very next week, they set up the home and the following weekend had the estate sale where 85% of the belongings sold! I highly recommend them for however large your sale may need to be! Very smooth process of initial meet, contract signing, set up, estate sale and then clean out process following for items that did not sell!
